ADHD
What is ADHD — Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition characterised by differences in attention, impulse control, and executive functioning. In adults, it often looks different to how it presented in childhood ; less obvious hyperactivity, and more difficulty with organisation, time management, emotional regulation, maintaining focus on tasks that aren’t immediately stimulating, and a persistent sense of underachieving despite effort and intelligence.
Many adults come to us having lived with undiagnosed ADHD for decades, having spent years believing they were disorganised, or simply not trying hard enough. That experience carries its own weight.

How we can help
We offer comprehensive psychological assessment for adults seeking an ADHD diagnosis, as well as ongoing therapeutic support for those already diagnosed. Our clinical approach combines psychoeducation with practical strategies drawn from CBT and skills-based coaching to support focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. We work collaboratively with GPs and psychiatrists where medication is part of a client’s broader care.
