Built by a mental health clinician who got tired of the gap.
Edna Addai is a clinical mental health specialist who spent years watching smart, motivated people make real progress in therapy and then hit a ceiling.
Therapy builds insight. Technology trains regulation.
Insight was available. Regulation wasn’t. The tools to train the nervous system existed in research settings and specialist clinics. They weren’t accessible in Perth, weren’t offered alongside psychology in a way that made clinical sense, and certainly weren’t being explained in plain language to the people who needed them most.
