Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor

My work serves as a “human anchor” within a high-tech clinical ecosystem—bridging modern neuroscience with traditional Vedic wisdom to support patients experiencing stress, anxiety, neurodiversity, and chronic conditions. My approach is grounded in a simple yet profound principle: “Health is not about control—it is about balance.” Rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, I work with the somatic (body-based) roots of distress to support regulation across the nervous system, mind, and body.

Core Therapeutic Pillars Autonomic Nervous System Regulation Utilising Pranayama and Yoga Nidra to:

• Improve vagal tone

• Reduce sympathetic overactivation

• Support parasympathetic recovery

Cognitive Clarity & Mental Focus Applying Dharana and Dhyana techniques to:

• Reduce cognitive overload

• Improve attention and executive function

• Support emotional regulation and resilience

Somatic Grounding & Trauma Sensitivity Through Asana, Pranayama, and Kriya practices:

• Release stored tension patterns

• Support trauma-informed body awareness

• Reduce psychosomatic manifestations of stress
